Registered Nurse - Traveling

The Role

The RN will oversee rehabilitation services in various locations and community-based settings, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of rehabilitation services in multiple communities
• Supervision of LPNs in the assigned regions
• Potential to become a Medication Administration Trainer for the state
• Conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, and monitoring patients' conditions
• Making decisions that motivate the team to improve daily
• Collaborating with physicians and external medical centers to prioritize patient outcomes
• Leveraging clinical skills to provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff
• Using critical thinking and clinical judgment to meet patients' needs

Requirements

• Accredited RN degree
• Current state RN license
• CPR/First Aid certification
• One year of experience

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising LPNs
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Competitive Pay: Salary range from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with a full benefits package including a 401(k) with a 3% company match.
