Responsibilities
- Maintain aseptic technique
- Oversight of surgical counts
- Leading "Time-Out" protocols
- Ensuring correct patient positioning
- Monitoring for skin breakdown
- Responding swiftly to intraoperative crises (e.g., hemorrhage, cardiac arrest)
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (preferably compact)
- BLS certification within 1 month
- At least one year of RN experience in acute care
- Additional experience in specialty areas is preferred
