Registered Nurse – Travel Team – Med/Surg

About the role

This role is for a registered nurse (RN) supporting staffing across multiple Mayo Clinic sites, including Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care, patient and family education, and care transitions
• Supporting professional nursing practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Model
• Leading, mentoring, and delegating tasks based on skill and acuity
• Participating in quality improvement and committee activities
• Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to varying work assignments and schedules

Qualifications

• Graduating from an accredited nursing program
• At least one year of RN inpatient experience (travel and float pool experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy
• Current multi-state RN licenses in relevant states and BLS certification required
