About the role

Provide direct nursing care within a healthcare organization, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for patient care
• Follow physician and nursing orders
• Ensure well-coordinated multidisciplinary efforts

Qualifications

• Valid RN license (compact or state-specific)
• At least one year of recent RN experience in an acute care setting
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
