Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Manage discharge planning with the healthcare team
- Deliver patient care and record patient conditions accurately
- Carry out physician and nursing orders efficiently
- Assess patient needs and coordinate discharge processes
Requirements
- Valid RN license (compact or state-specific) prior to employment
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care setting
- Certification in BLS (required within 30 days)
- Certification in ACLS (preferred)
