Registered Nurse - Travel Step Down

About the Role

Provides direct nursing care, implements and monitors patient care plans, and coordinates multidisciplinary care to ensure well-organized patient treatment. Responsible for assessing patient conditions, documenting statuses, carrying out physician and nurse orders, and assisting with discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care following organizational policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
• Assist with discharge planning and coordinate patient needs.

Requirements

• Active RN license (compact or state-specific) prior to employment.
• At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Pay
