Registered Nurse - Travel Step Down

About the Role

Provides direct nursing care, implements and monitors patient care plans, and coordinates multidisciplinary care in a healthcare setting. Responsible for assessing patient conditions, recording care activities, and managing discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services following established policies and protocols.
• Coordinate and execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess patient needs and manage discharge processes with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure (state or compact RN license).
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in acute care.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification preferred.
