About the role
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a trauma spine setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly identifying changes.
- Perform procedures, monitor, and document care accurately.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage adverse reactions.
- Respond to patient requests with exceptional care and anticipate needs.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- BSN required within five years or exemption based on experience.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Preferred: Master’s in Nursing and national certification in specialty.
- CPR/BLS certification; eNLC license may apply.
