Registered Nurse - Trauma PCU

Role: Trauma PCU Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to trauma patients in the progressive care unit.Monitor complex patients, administer medications and treatments, and respond swiftly to changes in condition.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in care.Assist in safe transitions of care and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse license.Experience or knowledge in trauma or critical care settings preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
