Registered Nurse - Transition Unit - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse providing comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care across diverse patient populations using the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accountability for patient outcomes.Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel to ensure quality patient care.Contribute to safety initiatives and promote a high-quality patient experience. Qualifications & Skills Preferred BSN degree; current Illinois nursing license required.BLS/CPR certification mandatory.Minimum of 2 years of med/surg nursing experience.
