Registered Nurse - The Perfect Match

About the role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Perfect Match Program, designed to place nurses quickly into suitable clinical environments through short-term rotations.

• Rotate through 3–4 units within the same service line over 6–8 weeks to identify the best long-term fit.
• Gain exposure to different areas within a specialized clinical setting.
• Potential for permanent placement after rotations.

Note: The role is intended for nurses with steady experience in a specific service line, not for those exploring new specialties.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience within the same service line in the last 3 years.
• At least one year of acute nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state and BLS certification.
• Successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course if license was inactive for five years or more.
