Registered Nurse – Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)

About the role

A registered nurse (RN) is needed for a telemetry position at a 700+ bed Level 1 Trauma center known for its thriving arts community and natural beauty in western North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assess patients’ conditions and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license (compact accepted).
• At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in telemetry.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications from AHA.
• Valid Social Security Number.
• Birth date required.
• No more than 90 days of gap in work history in the last year.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include experience with Cerner and knowledge of the Asheville area.
