Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric patients in the telemetry unit
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Monitor vital signs and respond to alarms promptly
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and care
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Recent telemetry nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Proficiency with EMR technology
