Responsibilities
- Monitoring patient status in real-time
- Coordinating care across multiple specialties
- Executing advanced clinical skills such as cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols
- Managing the full discharge process to ensure smooth patient transitions
Qualifications
- Valid RN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program
- Preferred: 6+ months of acute care nursing experience
