Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The RN performs comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with the care team, patients, and families to develop individualized care plans. They direct and coordinate care delivery, delegate tasks, and prioritize patient needs. The RN evaluates patient responses to interventions, revises care plans as needed, and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Key Skills & Qualifications Current RN license in the practice state, with valid compact licenses transferred within 60 days if applicableBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institutionExcellent communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skillsAbility to perform physical tasks including patient lifting, moving, and frequent standing or walking Responsibilities Include Performing patient assessments and gathering information from the interdisciplinary teamDeveloping and implementing individualized care plans with patient and family involvementDelegating and coordinating care activities within the teamMonitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, adjusting care plans accordinglyEnsuring legal, ethical, and professional standards are maintained This role offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on caregiver well-being, within a dynamic healthcare environment.
