Join our team as a full-time, night shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Registered Nurse, providing safe and coordinated patient care under the guidance of the Nurse Director/Manager. Responsibilities

• Assessing patient and family needs
• Developing and prioritizing care goals
• Evaluating care plans
• Delegating tasks to optimize outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act
• Continually revising care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing
• Current Kansas RN licensure
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• Telemetry, ICU, and PCU roles require ACLS; post-surgery positions need oncology certification
• All certifications must be completed within the first year

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• At least one year of relevant experience

Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (a plus)
