Registered Nurse Team Manager (CTM) - Inpatient Behavioral Health - FT Days (3 days, 7:00am - 7:30p) - TMC

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse Team Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated group of professionals while ensuring excellent patient care and operational success. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7.
• Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team.
• Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship.
• Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN + years of relevant experience).
• At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills.
• Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Current certifications per department requirements.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

Schedule

• Full time, 3 days per week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
• 36 hours per week.

Location: Western Missouri Mental Health, Kansas City, Missouri (TMC 101 Truman Medical Center, Behavioral Health IP department).
