Registered Nurse - Surgical Progressive Care

Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit, providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment. Responsibilities Utilize nursing processes to deliver top-of-scope care, ensuring safety and quality at the point of care.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Model proficiency through precepting and support ongoing education for new healthcare staff.Engage in evidence-based practice, prioritizing patient wellness and perspective. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.At least 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.Current ACLS and BLS certification (BLS valid through sixty days of hire).Strong clinical skills, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to professional growth.
