Registered Nurse in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit, providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing processes to deliver top-of-scope care, ensuring safety and quality at the point of care.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Model proficiency through precepting and support ongoing education for new healthcare staff.
- Engage in evidence-based practice, prioritizing patient wellness and perspective.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
- At least 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification (BLS valid through sixty days of hire).
- Strong clinical skills, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to professional growth.
