About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in good standing; complies with state requirements.
• Certifications: BLS required; others like ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and specialty certifications may be necessary based on the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
