About the Role

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in a Surgical Oncology setting. Develop and evaluate individualized care plans, perform patient assessments, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and foster a supportive environment for both patients and peers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient education tailored to cultural backgrounds
• Document care and evaluate patient progress
• Adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current Illinois RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Strong communication, assessment, care planning, and teamwork skills
