Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Full-Time Nights

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced, technical environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure age-appropriate treatment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Administer medications and IVs safely
• Take initiative for professional growth
• Supervise team members
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment throughout the patient care episode

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Texas RN license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Minimum 12 months of RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and standards is essential
