Registered Nurse - Surgical ICU (Days or Nights)

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with departments to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities Include Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.Providing care consistent with mission, values, and standards.Collaborating with team members to deliver quality care. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure in the state or compact license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or specialty certifications may be required based on the unit. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and kneeling.
