Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Maintaining compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Preferred 1+ years of experience; new graduates are welcome
- Certification in BLS; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialized courses may be required based on unit
Skills and Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing, walking, and physical mobility to perform duties
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
