About the Role

Provide compassionate patient care across pre- and post-operative phases as part of the Surgical team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using advanced technology to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve patient experiences.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and safety protocols.
• Maintain strict safety and infection-control standards to ensure patient and staff safety.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
