Role Overview

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinate patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Perform nursing duties in accordance with standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with privacy and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid RN license and state-specific licensure
• BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required based on department
