Registered Nurse - Surgery Center OR

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license in the state or with compact licensure, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or TNCC may be required or preferred. Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, and kneel throughout shifts.
