Registered Nurse SUPV Double Weekend

We are seeking an outstanding Registered Nurse to supervise the Double Weekend shift. The RN will be responsible for resident care, directing nursing staff, developing care plans, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants while ensuring safety regulations are upheld.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Make nursing diagnoses that serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborate with residents and members of the healthcare team.
• Record the administration of medication and any changes in patient condition.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations and state/government regulations are followed, and that all tasks are performed according to facility safety procedures.
• Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
