The role involves assigning staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing documentation, and fostering teamwork among healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Basic computer proficiency

• Schedule and assign nursing staff
