We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care, coordinate nursing staff, and foster a compassionate environment for residents and families in a modern, community-focused facility.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign nursing staff
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility
- Manage documentation and resident records
- Promote teamwork among healthcare providers
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Strong leadership skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication abilities
- Basic computer skills
Schedule
Shift options include weekend, evening, or overnight, with full or part-time availability.
