Registered Nurse Supervisor (Weekends)

About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
• Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Monitoring confidential information to uphold resident confidence
• Documenting resident care services accurately
• Fostering a collaborative relationship among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
