Qualifications

• RN required
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Pennsylvania RN license OR a multi-state license verified through the Nursing Licensure Compact
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise the VCOC staff, operations, and team collaboration in providing efficient patient flow and management of bed capacity.

Collaborate with campus and VCOC leadership to develop and integrate both real time and trends in key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management and efficient patient flow.
