Registered Nurse Supervisor - Urgent Care

Aurora Urgent Care in Oshkosh, WI, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team providing comprehensive care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday- Friday and as needed on weekends; this role covers Urgent Care
• Oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process
• Promote safe, therapeutic outcomes in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Licensure: Registered Nurse
• Experience: 2-3 years previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience: Outpatient experience preferred

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• License: Current RN license in good standing
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

$41.10 - $61.65 per hour
