Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing services in a healthcare facility, ensuring quality nursing care, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with all applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during shifts to ensure optimal patient care.
• Assist in directing, coordinating, and supervising nursing operations in compliance with regulations and facility policies.
• Oversee patient care during acute episodes and manage employee issues promptly.
• Assume on-call duties as needed and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma and valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification and commitment to ongoing training.
• Experience in geriatric nursing and long-term care preferred.
• Strong supervisory abilities, adherence to policies, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
