• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Managing confidential resident information and documentation

Qualifications And Skills

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Long-Term Care
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
