Registered Nurse Supervisor

Salary: $44.00/hr plus additional compensation based on years of experience.

Schedule

Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Ensure all staff complete required compliance training and processes.
• Serve as a mentor to new licensed nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training, and making recommendations to nursing administration.
• Assist with new employee selection and hiring process.
• Evaluate the skills of new licensed nurses and make recommendations regarding their orientation program.
• Communicate new programs, interventions, and procedures with the licensed nurse staff.
• Follow the registered nurse job description.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• At least 2 years of experience as a licensed nurse.
