Registered Nurse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how things are going.
• Watch over the folks who give care to patients.
• Make sure the care given is safe and kind.
• Build good relationships with patients and their families.
• Work in a busy, team-based setting.

Requirements

• Have a current Registered Nurse license and know CPR.
• Have at least 18 months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis.
• Get approval for being ready to work in charge of nurses.
• Have an ADN degree; a BSN is nice to have.
• Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg.
• Have CNN/CDN certification if possible.
• Be comfortable using basic computers (like MS Word).
• Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays.
