About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care at a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident needs
- Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
- Responding to resident and staff inquiries with clear communication
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment
- Managing documentation of care services and ensuring confidentiality
- Promoting teamwork among healthcare staff
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and positive team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
