Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift
- Conduct resident care assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care and services to residents
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
