About the Role

Supervises and coordinates nursing staff in one or more patient care units to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal unit performance.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient needs are met and evaluate nursing care standards.
• Participate in planning and coordinate activities across units and related departments.
• Plan, organize, and oversee staff training and educational programs.
• Perform related duties to support unit operations and patient care excellence.

Requirements

• Academic degree in nursing; Bachelor's or master's preferred.
• Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice nursing.
• CPR certification.
