About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high‑quality nursing care to residents across all shifts, working closely with the nursing team to ensure individualized care that meets each resident’s unique needs and preferences. Your leadership and clinical expertise will inspire and motivate the team to provide outstanding care.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Provide day‑to‑day supervision and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring exceptional resident care and support.
• Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop personalized learning plans for nursing staff, promoting growth and professional development.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Communication: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Certifications: BLS, CPR, and other certifications relevant to experience and education.
