Job Overview

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. It includes coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing duties aligned with mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Valid RN license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• Must meet state licensing requirements and obtain or maintain necessary certifications within specified periods
• Sign-on bonus available for full-time RNs
