About the role
Provide direct, complex patient care in a healthcare setting while adhering to organizational policies and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Gather comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers to assess needs.
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or conditions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and teams to set and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans using clinical judgment.
- Ensure safety, coordinate care, and evaluate progress toward goals.
- Contribute to nursing quality, maintain current knowledge, and communicate effectively.
- Apply evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Valid RN license for the state of practice.
- Appropriate certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or TNCC.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and communicating effectively.
Schedule
