Registered Nurse/Step down

Location: 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland – 20-week assignment (13 weeks also accepted) providing winter coverage.

About the role

Registered Nurse position on the HVTI-Stepdown unit with potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population. Auto-offer for 3×12-hour shifts only.

Schedule

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3×12 hours)
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3×12 hours)
• Rotating day/night schedule; shifts may vary to meet operational needs, but preferred shift will be honored whenever possible.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for (preferably within one location, but can be combined).
• Minimum 18 months of recent Stepdown experience; travel experience will suffice.
• PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred but not required.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or compact-state license in hand.
• AHA or client-required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm-recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
