Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Role: Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor resident conditions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure quality resident care.Document all care activities accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).Educate residents and their families about health, treatments, and safety protocols.Promote safety measures and infection control practices. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse with appropriate state licensure.Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to educate and support residents and families effectively.Knowledge of EMR systems and documentation standards.Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a team-oriented environment.
