Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Lead compassionate, person-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.
• Coordinate and oversee resident care, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Supervise and mentor LVNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Promote safety, dignity, and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, long-term care, and residents' quality of life.

Qualifications and Skills

• Nursing licensure (LVN or RN)
• Strong leadership abilities
• Clinical expertise
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to mentor staff and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
• Willingness to work within a faith-based, servant-leadership culture
