Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care
• Perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and oversee wound and IV care
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Supervise CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN license
• Compassionate with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform assessments, administer treatments, and document care accurately
• Experience in skilled nursing or similar healthcare settings is preferred
