Responsibilities
- Supervise care and treatments for patients
- Lead patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families to support recovery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Provide direct patient care and support staff with complex needs
- Celebrate patient milestones and progress
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure as per state requirements
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous
