Registered Nurse Shift Manager (RN) - Med Surg

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Shift Manager coordinates services of staff to patients during the designated shift, assesses staff needs, collaborates with the staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor, and supports the Nursing Department Director on various administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Two to five years acute experience or equivalent RN skills as described for designated unit
• Managerial Experience Preferred
• Current California RN license
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certification
• OCN Preferred
