Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Valid Driver’s license
Selected applicants must successfully complete a probationary period, pass a criminal background check, pass a drug test, meet essential physical requirements, and complete employment eligibility verification on the first day of employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health counseling and support services to individuals (children and adults), families, and groups
- Perform specialized mental health assessments
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Monitor client progress throughout treatment
- Maintain client records
- Maintain a manageable and sustainable caseload (averages 20‑25)
- Complete documentation during working hours (no expectation to complete outside of working hours)
- Substantial control over clinical schedule
