About the Role
This position involves providing nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires exceptional communication skills, emotional resilience, and strict confidentiality adherence, with the ability to work independently under high-stress conditions.
Schedule: 24 hours per week on a rotational day shift.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care across all age groups in office and clinical settings.
- Work in environments requiring frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
- Follow infection control protocols, including PPE usage and equipment sanitation.
- Complete necessary NYS-specific training and clinical preceptorships for SAFE designation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School (ADN or BSN).
- Active, unrestricted RN license in New York.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, Women's Health, or Pediatrics preferred.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, SANE-A, AFN-C, LNCC preferred.
- Core competencies include excellent communication, emotional resilience, confidentiality, and independence.
- Completion of NYS Department of Health-approved SAFE training and clinical preceptorships.
